牛カツは京都発の新しい牛肉の食べ物で、京都勝牛という牛カツ専門店がお勧めです。
本店は先斗町にあり、薄衣であげたやわらかいお肉を、普通のタレだけでなく、わさび醤油などで楽しめるのも、新しく、そして美味しいです。勝牛は、本店のある京都府内だけでなく、日本各地、さらには台湾や韓国にもお店があります。京都に来た際には、是非お勧めです。

Today’s topic is “Gyukatsu“, which means beef cutlet.
It was served for the first time in Kyoto, and I recommend a Gyukatsu pecialty restaurant “KYOTO KATSUGYU” . The main store is located in Kyoto and you can enjoy soft beef with Gyukatsu sauce, soysauce, wasabi and so on. It tastes very good.
They have many shops other than in kyoto, for example in Tokyo, Aichi, Osaka, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Nara and so on. And they also have shops abroad like in Korea and Taiwan.
